　　01加壓階段??倉泵在進料后，關(guān)閉進料閥，進氣閥打開，二氧化碳氣進入泵體，泵內(nèi)爐料被加壓(此過程為加壓過程)。02輸送階段????當泵內(nèi)壓力達到一定值時(所設定倉泵上限值)，輸送閥白動打開。為避免堵管，程序設定一臺泵在輸送，另外一臺不允許輸送。03吹掃階段????當泵內(nèi)爐料輸送完畢，壓力下降到等于或接近灰?guī)靸?nèi)壓力時，加壓閥停止，輸送閥在延長一定時間后關(guān)閉(以排盡泵內(nèi)余氣)。此過程也為倉泵剛投入自動時的空送過程。

When the conveying of furnace materials in the pump is completed and the pressure drops to or close to the pressure in the ash silo, the pressurization valve stops and the conveying valve closes after a certain period of time (to exhaust the remaining gas in the pump). This process is also the empty delivery process when the warehouse pump is just put into automatic mode.
